🛒 Purchase Options

All YUMP merch is made-to-order through a print-on-demand process. When you place an order:

  • Your payment is charged immediately at checkout

  • Orders go into production within 12–24 hours

  • We cannot make changes once production begins

Please double-check sizing, color, and shipping info before submitting your order.

If you offer subscriptions (like for limited drops or bundles):

  • Subscriptions renew based on the interval selected (e.g. monthly, quarterly)

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your account or by contacting us

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

Because items are made just for you:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing them

  • After that, they are submitted to production and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded

To cancel within the 6-hour window, email us immediately at [your email] with your order number and "Cancel My Order" in the subject line.

🔁 Accidental Orders or Mistakes

Entered the wrong size, color, or address?

  • Contact us ASAP — if your order hasn't entered production, we’ll try to update it

  • If it’s already in production, we unfortunately can’t modify it

We’re always happy to help — even if we can’t cancel, we’ll do our best to make things right.
