Refund policy

Because our products are made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There's a manufacturing error

  • You received the wrong item

If there's an issue:
Email us at contact@francisjnunez.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll work with our print partner to resolve the problem — including replacements if eligible.

 

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only for:

  • Orders with production defects

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect orders sent by mistake

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size ordered (please double-check the size chart before purchasing)

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
